German Blue Chamomile was held highly by the Ancient Egyptians for its healing properties. Today, it is still one of the most commonly used healing herbs. It promotes relaxation while promoting feelings of wellbeing for people of all ages.  

Lavender is a great all-rounder essential oil that helps promote relaxation, reduce stress, and calm the senses.

Ylang-ylang essential oil helps strengthen the nervous system by reducing stress, and by preventing its development into larger conditions. 

In this mist, Jasmine water is used to blend the essential oils together. Its gentle aroma helps uplift your mood and welcome positive thoughts into your mind.

Usage

1. Use as needed throughout the day to help calm and de-stress your senses. Ideal for mindful breaks during the day.
2. Spray, and take three deep breaths remaining fully mindful and aware. 
3. We encourage the regular use of mists. As essential oils are natural, gentle compounds, they show better results with consistency.
